 Are bars allowed to buy liquor directly from Royal Hawaii Spirits Distillery & Liquor Distribution? 

In Honolulu County, the answer is YES, but depending on the class of license held, subject  to the following:

HRS 281-31 (b)(3)(A) Class 1 Manufacturer License.  A license for the manufacture of liquor shall authorize the licensee to sell beer, wine, or other specified liquor manufactured or distilled on the licensee’s premises from fruits or other products grown in the State, in any quantity, at wholesale in original packages to any person who holds a license to resell it, such as a Class 5 dispenser.

In Hawaii: By  Rhs Distillery and  Liquor Wholesale. RHS is self distributing to Hawaii Licensed Bars, Restaurants, Liquor Stores and Clubs.  Rhs Sales room is also available  to public  Wed -Sat 1-4 PM or by sales or tasting appointment.  Shipping to all Hawaiian Islands is available by Courier Corporation of Hawaii  and by FeDex.

Karel is so passionate and knowledgeable about alcohol! You can tell that this is his passion. You can go to his distillery to sample all of his different creations! My favorite was the Lilikoi liquor and ginger cherry rum. He can make almost any type and flavor of alcohol as long as you ask in advance! His distillery is a fun experience for those who like to drink !
